DUTCH OVEN COOKING
When the Scouts are called to lunch, they find there are eight BSA Dutch ovens
Each squad is now instructed to make two Dutch oven desserts, which will cook while they eat lunch.
They are handed recipe cards with a portrait of Yoda on one side:
MASTER YODA'S TWO WAYS OF THE CAKE
"ALWAYS THERE IS A LIGHT CAKE AND A DARK"
INGREDIENTS AND SUPPLIES YOU WILL NEED:
1 box of vanilla or chocolate cake mix
1 box of instant vanilla or chocolate pudding mix
1-1/2 cups milk
1-1 /2 cups white or dark chocolate chips
1 can of cooking spray
1 dutch oven with foil liner
1 large mixing bowl
1 whisk
1 rubber spatula
AFTER WIPING HANDS WITH SANITIZER, FOLLOW
THESE STEPS YOU MUST:
1. Foil liner in Dutch oven you must lightly spray
2. Milk with pudding mix you must whisk in bowl
3. Cake mix you must next stir in, until well combined
4. In Dutch oven you must now spread thickened batter
5. Sprinkle evenly with chocolate chips you must
6. Spray inside lid of Dutch oven, and place lid on top
WHILE LUNCH IS SERVED WILL YOUR CAKE COOK
SERVED WITH ICE CREAM THIS DESSERT WILL BE!
